Must-Watch on Netflix-Part 2

My weekends are for Netflix and lately I have religiously given my time to complete quite a few series and some good movies. So, here I am suggesting some mixed genres for you to make sure you don't have boring Sundays.

1. Maid

Maid is about a young mother who decides to leave an abusive relationship and starts to work as a maid while she struggles to provide for her child. Very grappling women-centric series. It has total of 10 episodes of around 45-55 minutes each. Not boring at all. 100% recommended.

2. Colonia

Starring Emma Watson as Lena and Daniel Brühl as Daniel, this movie is a must watch. The movie depicts the backdrop of the 1973 Chilean military coup and the real "Colonia Dignidad", a cult in the South of Chile, led by Paul Schäfer. The movie is intense and at times you will be able to feel fear. Not sure why this one is so underrated.

Also, Emma Watson's performance is the highlight of the movie.

3. Anatomy of a Scandal

Titled as limited series, this one is definitely binge-worthy. Very vague and stupid at times but it does highlight how the consent is often misunderstood. Apt representation of privilege and entitlement. Loved the direction and can little boring at times but very hard to miss.

4. Family

Starred by Taylor Schilling, Family, is a movie based on a career-centric woman who enjoys her life by being being work -occupied. More like us, she is someone who has lost touch with his family and friends because of how much she is self-absorbed and workaholic. Although, in an interesting-turn of events, things started to take place making here life very interesting. Very light-hearted, easy and fun movie.

5. Catch me if you can

Starring Leonardo Di Caprio, this movie is inspired from true-life incidents. Its about a boy named, Frank Abagnale who conned millions of dollars during teenage years. The movie is shot brilliantly, full of twist and turns. Very intriguing. #MustWatch.

So, these were my 5 recommendation on Netflix for now. I am sure they will fix your weekend. In case you happen to watch any of these, comment and let me know how do you like them.
